To me, the Rockwall Trail is as close to paradise as it can get on Earth.

It is that beautiful, and also that hard to reach. The latter is especially true for a dayhiker. I am convinced that it is not impossible to dayhike the whole Rockwall in one day, although you probably cannot read about it in any book. Mine is a story how it was accomplished in two days, separated by the whole year, and how our family tried hard to get there in summer 2000.

To be continued.
