Since the very early days of the AdS/CFT it was understood that adding fundamental matter to the theory required the addition of an extra stack of D-branes to original background ones. The bosonic fields in these setups are well understood, however, their superpartners have received much less attention, and previous work was done in the conformal limit of the theory; massless flavours. Recently, this issue was addressed and resolved for the case of massive flavours. In this talk, I will explain the basic steps of the computation and give the physical motivation behind it. I will also describe a method that allows the description of light baryons in these setups. Slides can be found here.
