This talk will concentrate on finding in which dimensions the 1 and 2 loop graph is bounded. Then in the dimension when there is no upper bound, "the divergences of local polynomial quantum field theories can be absorbed into local monomials (counterterms) in the action to all orders in perturbation theory.” These divergences will be removed from the 1 loop and 2 lop graphs using the R operator with a Henge decomposition.
